👆 Рыночная стоимость объекта около 60 млрд руб., но покупатель, скорее всего, заплатил за него существенно меньше. Вероятно, около 30-35 млрд руб., но это неточно. Сделка необычна ещё и тем, что основным претендентом на комплекс считалась казахстанская Capital Partners. Именно она построила этот ТРЦ и до сих пор владеет второй очередью проекта.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice.
