⚡️Дополню новость от Александра Мухина. Upside Development выкупила у R4S Group площадку у ст.м «Менделеевская». Девелопер стал владельцем компании, на балансе которой находится 0,14 га за зданием на Новослободской улице, 19 стр. 1 (на фото). Назначение участка - строительство гостиниц, так что, видимо, Upside Development намерена выйти на рынок элитной недвижимости. Ну, если конечно, ей удастся получить разрешения. Вероятно, она планирует выкупить или уже выкупила и вышеупомянутое строение, но это лишь предположение.

UPD: Пропустил, оказывается R4S там пыталась согласовать жилье. Раз площадку продали, вероятно, у нее это получилось.
