В этом году, благодаря областному финансированию в 2,5 млрд рублей, общий бюджет Фонда составил уже 4,7 млрд рублей.
В Минстрое региона сообщают, что акцент сделан на ремонте крыш, фасадов и замене инженерных сетей. Работы идут не только в крупных городах, но и во всех районах, в том числе труднодоступных территориях.
