Одним из них стал особняк Мессонье (Сименса). Здание на Кожевенной линии, 38 было сдано в аренду по программе «Рубль за метр», которая предполагает работы по реставрации и приспособлению к современному использованию.
Проект подготовила «НИиПИ Спецреставрация». На первом и втором этажах — выставочные залы и буфет, на третьем — технические помещения.
Выставка открыта до 1 декабря,а посетить её могут все желающие.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
