В третьем квартале 2024 года МФЦ объявили о банкротстве 12,6 тысяч россиян, следует из статистики «Федресурса». За весь прошлый год таких решений было принято на четверть меньше – всего 9,3 тысячи. Впрочем, уже во втором квартале насчитывалось 7,9 тысяч таких случаев.
В январе – сентябре этого года было возбуждено 38,4 тысячи внесудебных банкротств, это почти в пять раз больше, чем за аналогичный период прошлого года.
В ноябре 2023 года упростили доступ к этой процедуре для получателей пенсий и пособий. В итоге доля пенсионеров составила около 50% (19,2 тысяч) от всех граждан, прибегнувших к «внесудебке» в 2024 году.

Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress.
