В Госдуме предложили изменить правила компенсационных выплат по ОСАГО. Закон предлагается дополнить главой, которая будет регулировать выплаты пострадавшей стороне в случае, если у виновника ДТП нет страховки. В этом случае возмещением будет заниматься объединение страховщиков.
