Может ли прокуратура оспорить в суде решение общего собрания собственников
На новом сайте органов прокуратуры есть рубрика «Правовое просвещение», где прокурорские работники должны повышать юридическую грамотность населения. Третий день читаю бывших коллег, и очень грустно от такого просвещения. На вопросе «Наделена ли прокуратура правом отмены решения общего собрания собственников помещений в многоквартирном доме?» я не выдержала и написала свой ответ:
