Проблема комплексная. И связана не только с безопасностью информации о геномном коде граждан России - кто и как будет хранить, как предотвратить утечки информации и какая ответственность может быть за утечки
Процедура сдачи материала через военкомат давно нуждается в изменении/совершенствовании/доработке. Нельзя говорить что данная работа не ведётся
