"Прошлогодняя отставка премьер-министра Владимира Сидорова в конечном итоге привела в его кресло другого, но более молодого агрария Позднякова. Это позволяет Здунову разрядить обстановку и подчеркнуть свою готовность сотрудничать с местными элитами и делать ставку на аграрный сектор.
С семьей Поздняковых личные отношения Здунов уже выстроил. Однако это не означает, что Здунов сдался на милость местной элиты. Очевидно, что Поздняков не сможет реально управлять командой Здунова, привлеченной им из Татарстана и Дагестана, так что его влияние все-таки будет ограниченным".
