📈МРОТ также увеличится на 10%. Это позволит увеличить зарплаты 4 млн россиян.
👨👩👧👦Ежегодно на поддержку семей с детьми направляется около 1,2 трлн рублей.
👧🏻Родителям 2,3 млн детей от 8 до 17 лет уже назначены пособия. По вопросам таких выплат действует электронная приемная, которая рассматривает обращения не более 5 рабочих дней.
🛠Ситуация на рынке занятости остается стабильной, на портале «Работа России» открыто около 2 млн вакансий.
🧑💼С 2021 года по всей России реализуется программа социального контракта. За год было заключено 283 тыс. контрактов, которые помогли 980 тыс. граждан найти работу, получить новые навыки или создать свое дело. В этом году уже заключено более 100 тыс. контрактов.

Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
