Следственным отделом по Калининскому району ГСУ СК России по городу Санкт-Петербургу возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 3 ст. 30, ч. 1 ст. 105 УК РФ (покушение на убийство).
🟥По данным следствия, в ночь с 19 на 20 января злоумышленник, находясь в состоянии алкогольного опьянения в квартире дома на Антоновской улице совместно со своей пожилой матерью, в ходе возникшего конфликта нанес ей множественные удары топором в область головы и туловища. Женщина доставлена в больницу, где ей оказывается медицинская помощь.
Фигурант задержан, решается вопрос о предъявлении ему обвинения и избрании меры пресечения. Проводятся следственные действия, направленные на установление всех обстоятельств произошедшего.
