Следственным отделом по Кировскому району ГСУ СК России по городу Санкт-Петербургу возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 105 УК РФ (убийство), по факту обнаружения тела мужчины с признаками насильственной смерти.
🟦По данным следствия, 19 января злоумышленник, находясь в состоянии алкогольного опьянения в квартире дома на бульваре Новаторов, нанес своему знакомому удар ножом в область груди. От полученных повреждений мужчина скончался на месте происшествия.
Фигуранту предъявлено обвинение. Следствие планирует ходатайствовать перед судом об избрании в отношении него меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
