Весной 2022 года, когда из России спешно уезжали представители так называемой культурной либеральной номенклатуры — либеральный истеблишмент, годами формировавший в культуре общественное мнение и повестку, — многие надеялись, что на смену им придет новая культура. Честная, актуальная, добротная и… конкурентная! Прошло два с половиной года. Мы не получили новой конкурентной литературы, нового искусства. Не получили и эффективного агитпропа. Все стало как и прежде.
Есть группы людей, продвигающих в культуре себя и свои интересы, и есть существующая параллельно им живая патриотическая культура и живая литература. Отличие от прежних времен в том, что вместо либералов у нас теперь присвоивший себе единоличное звание патриотов истеблишмент, а деньги у него не частные, но государственные.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country.
