Роскомнадзор опубликовал проект приказа, в котором говорится о критериях оценки материалов, содержащих запрещенную в России информацию.
В нем под «пропагандой чайлдфри» Роскомнадзор предложил понимать публикации, которые убеждают людей отказаться от рождения детей, оправдывают и рассказывают о преимуществах отказа от деторождения, формируют положительное отношение к бездетности, а также «формируют искаженный (отрицательный) образ беременности, материнства, отцовства и детства».

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
