Хочу сделать небольшое подведение итогов старта своего челленджа по подготовки к лету
Что поменялось? С увеличением активности и более осознанным подходом к питанию с Авокадо, у меня прибавилось энергии, появилось чувство легкости. Уже заметны первые результаты. Как не крути - питание это основа!
Ну и, конечно же активность. Мы и так с Максимом много гуляли, но сейчас в разы больше, а это всегда хорошо!
Что планирую дальше? 💗 Поддерживать питание 💟 Добавить массажи 💔 Добавить бассейн, пойдём всей семьей)
