Как сообщает V102.RU, соответствующий закон, который дает собственникам земельных участков в населенных пунктах, садоводческих и огороднических товариществах три года на освоение земли, вступает в силу с 1 марта 2025 года.
В случае, если за это время земельный надел не обрабатывался, то его могут отобрать.
