IV Конгресс молодых ученых пройдет с 20 по 22 ноября 2024 года

Участие в нем примут молодые ученые, победители конкурсов грантов, студенты, школьники, лидеры отечественной науки, а также представители научных и образовательных организаций, органов власти и бизнеса.

Традиционно Конгресс пройдет на федеральной территории «Сириус».

Организаторами Конгресса выступают Минобрнауки России, Фонд Росконгресс и Координационный совет по делам молодежи в научной и образовательной сферах Совета при Президенте РФ по науке и образованию.

Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
