давненько я посматривала в сторону этого тиктоковского блюда

пару типсов:

фарш лучше размешать с луком, а не класть лук сверху фарша, а то так может подгореть

фарш на лепешку прилеплять тооонким слоем

жарить на маленьком огне. у меня электронная индукционка, ставлю на 6 из 9 (первый раз когда готовила, то подгорел, в этот раз лучше получилось)

соус вкусный, похож на Биг Маковский:

ложка кетчупа/майонеза/горчицы/огуречного рассола + лук + маринованные огурцы

в целом блюдо ок. если соуса класть не много, то вообще не жирно получается.

а это я смотрела сериал и услышала об affair и удивилась
