Кинокартина «Анора», в котором сыграли российские актеры Юра Борисов и Марк Эйдельштейн, получила премию «Оскар» в номинации «Лучший фильм».
Картина также завоевала награды в категориях «Лучший оригинальный сценарий» и «Лучший монтаж».
Юра Борисов был также выдвинут на номинацию «Лучшая мужская роль второго плана», однако в итоге награду получил Киран Калкин за роль в фильме «Настоящая боль».
