В эфире «России 24» сегодня подвел итоги года. И еще раз обосновал предложения нашей партии о введении 13-й зарплаты и 13-й пенсии. Аргумент «денег нет» в случае с 13-й пенсией не работает. Потому что каждый раз под конец года в бюджете «зависают» средства, которые чиновники не смогли, не успели потратить. Так давайте найдем им лучшее применение – поможем нашим пенсионерам, которые зачастую получают совсем не такие пенсии, как в красивых отчетах Росстата.
А работникам нужно по Трудовому кодексу гарантировать 13-е зарплаты. Уверен, мы добьемся воплощения этих инициатив.
