Совершенно возмутительная история с очередным нападением собак на ребенка в Челябинске! Замечу, что в этот раз, судя по всему, животных прикормили сотрудники автостоянки, законность которой, как я понимаю, никем не подтверждена. Что имеем в итоге? Нелегальный объект, на котором занимаются незаконным бизнесом, от которого никому ничего - ни налогов, ни платежей в бюджет... Сплошной черный нал. И никакой совершенно ответственности. А теперь еще и пострадавший ребенок. Стоянщики эти что ли лечение оплатят? В который раз убеждаюсь, что дело, конечно, не в собаках, а в людях. С которыми надо разбираться, и жестко. Со всей строгостью закона и силой власти.

Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
