В Конституции Российской Федерации прямо говорится о защите института брака как союза мужчины и женщины. И законодательная работа по защите традиционных, исторических семейных ценностей в нашей стране ведётся планомерно. Так, в 2022 году Госдумой принят закон, которым введена административная ответственность за пропаганду нетрадиционных сексуальных отношений и пропаганду педофилии. В июле 2023 года на федеральном уровне был введен запрет на изменение пола.
Рассматриваемый законопроект направлен на то, чтобы исключить любые возможности усыновления российских детей представителями иностранных ЛГБТ-сообществ. Потому что мы не знаем, кем в итоге может оказаться такой усыновитель, и как могут искалечить ребёнка с помощью гормональных терапий.
