По его словам, отлов безнадзорных животных и их размещение в приютах будут обязательными мерами для регионов.
«В законе сохраняются приюты, гуманистическая концепция сохранена, а также сохраняются 17 и 18 статьи закона — ключевые для зоозащитников»,— рассказал господин Бурматов.
Он также добавил, что комитет рекомендовал Госдуме отклонить семь законопроектов, которые в том или ином виде предлагали ввести эвтаназию безнадзорных животных.

Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
