Статья 20. Компетенции Председателя Рады, Соймика

1. Председатель Рады, Соймика:
1.1. возглавляет Раду, Соймик руководит её (его) работой, обеспечивает взаимодействие с соответствующей Управой;
1.2. представляет Раду, Соймик во взаимоотношениях с другими Радами, Соймиками и государственными органами, иными организациями и гражданами;
1.3. утверждает штатное расписание соответствующей Рады, Соймика;
1.4. созывает сессии Рады, Соймика организует работу по подготовке сессий Рады, Соймика, ведет заседания Рады, Соймика;
1.5. организует контроль за выполнением решений Рады, Соймика;
1.6. назначает на должности и освобождает от должностей работников аппарата Рады, Соймика, заключает (продлевает, расторгает) с ними трудовые договоры (контракты), применяет к ним меры поощрения, дисциплинарного взыскания, принимает иные решения в соответствии с трудовым законодательством и Уставом;
