ДНР, ЛНР, Запорожская и Херсонская области войдут в состав 2-й часовой зоны, в которой как раз находится Москва. При этом, ощутят на себе перемены только Запорожская и Херсонская области, так как там сейчас разница с Москвой составляет минус один час. В ДНР и ЛНР часовой пояс совпадает с московским.
Изменения в часовых зонах нужны для синхронизации законодательства Российской Федерации после принятия в её состав новых субъектов. Как пояснил Минпромторг, московское время является "исходным при исчислении местного времени в часовых зонах".

In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change.
