По версии Следкома, Виктор Марьясов помогал определённым предпринимателям выигрывать контракты на поставки хозтоваров, мебели и канцелярии в СШ "Комплекс Покровский". Брал за это 10 процентов от суммы заключённых договоров. Так заключили три соглашения с пятью бизнесменами на сумму больше 2,3 млн рублей.
За помощь в обходе конкурентов Марьясов получил 230 тысяч рублей. На него завели уголовное дело.

Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
