Вторым по объёму экспортёром были ОАЭ. На третьем месте — Индия, которая, кстати, спустя два месяца возобновила импорт алмазов. Благодаря этому акции АЛРОСА выросли на 3%.
Помогают и другие. Так, по итогам января-сентября 2023 г. Гонконг нарастил закупки алмазов в 5 раз. Увеличивают импорт Армения и Китай.
Но дело в другом. Российский Минфин предупреждал, что введение ограничений на алмазы приведёт к масштабным искажениям рынка. А это может сильно ударить по различным слоям населения.
