В основном это коснулось частных домов с электроотоплением, которые теперь вылезают из «нормативных» 6 тысяч киловатт-час в месяц. У них платежи подскочили до 50 тысяч рублей.
Правда, согласно анализу службы по тарифам, 94% жителей области это не коснулось и большинство населения платит в три раза меньше, чем другие жители Сибири.
Власть начала лояльно относиться к местечковым «коммунальным протестам», потому что они ни на что никогда не влияют?
