На коврике дома сейчас ловлю такой же дзен - чтобы перезагрузиться, расслабиться, снять напряжение - раскладываю коврик, включаю записи своих тренировок с курса и делаю, отключив голову.
Мой антистресс, получается) А декабрь что-то подкидывает лопатой, только успеваю разгребать 😩
