📍Видели что с ценами происходит? Прикрепляю скрин мониторинга прайсов на сегодня. Удивлены? А я примерно этого и ожидал. Даже писал по этому поводу посты-исследования, в которых говорил, что как только красный застройщик «скинет» избыточный объем нераспроданных остатков, то сразу же поднимет цены. А сейчас мы скорее всего, даже видим дно цен в некоторых проектах. К слову, вот этот пост: ссылка
А в комментариях, оппоненты, как обычно отвечали: «покупать нельзя, нужно подождать, то ли еще будет, депозиты ого-го!»
