Разбираемся в ситуации: В ГД РФ в первом чтении прошел законопроект об увеличении уровня собираемости взносов на капремонт для домов со спецсчетом. ●Предлагается для многоквартирных домов со спецсчетами резко поднять планку собираемости взносов на капремонт – до 85% вместо нынешних 50% (ч.8 ст.173 ЖК РФ). ●Ряд депутатов ГД РФ имеют другую позицию: необходимо сначала поднять планку до 75%, и только со временем - до 85%. ● Если сбор средств будет ниже этого уровня, то спецсчет могут закрыть, а дом перевести в «общий котел» к регоператору. А поскольку дома в нашем районе относительно новые, то работы капитального характера при такой ситуации могут начаться после 2040гг.. ● Мы наблюдаем усиление давления на спецсчета, чтобы получить в распоряжение накопленные на них более 200 млрд рублей.
