А всё потому, что каждый год "заботливостью" носовских чиновников парк прирастает новыми площадями, которые на чиновничьем языке именуются "очередями".
Полагаем, что в ходе завтрашнего "прямого эфира" Сергей Носов непременно похвалится расширяющимся парком на берегу бухты Нагаева, но вряд ли поведает широкой общественности о задержках с оплатой проводимых работ.
Как выяснил "Магаданский скептик", на объекте под названием "Парк "Маяк" задействованы несколько подрядных и субподрядных организаций, а также местные ИП. С лета этого года за проведенные работы они не получили ни копейки.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can."
