Следователи прекращали уголовное дело против водителя 5 раз в связи с отсутствием состава преступления. Только после огласки в СМИ, спустя 21 месяц после ДТП водитель был арестован.
Елена сообщила мне, что сегодня состоялся суд. 4 года лишения свободы и 3 года лишения права управлять транспортным средством. Мало ли это? Да. Свершилось ли бы правосудие без огласки? Нет. Наказаны ли реальные виновники, те кто разрешил создать эти "переходы смерти"? Нет.
