1⃣ Смешать творог, яйцо, сыр, натертый на терке, зелень. 2⃣ Лаваш разрезать на полоски, как на видео. 3⃣ Начинку положить на лаваш, свернуть конвертиком. 4⃣ Яйцо с молоком взбить вилкой до однородной массы. 5⃣ Обвалять конвертик с обеих сторон в яично-молочной смеси. 6⃣ Обжаривать на сковороде с обеих сторон на небольшом огне.
Массу с творогом можно немного подсолить - по вкусу.
