Премьер-министр РБ Андрей Назаров подписал постановление, согласно которому специально обученный чиновник руководитель аппарата правительства РБ Азамат Абдрахманов будет ответственным за составление списка. Мы предполагаем, что уличенным в коррупции чиновникам будет закрыта дорога на госслужбу, как минимум. В идеале еще сделать список достоянием общественности, чтобы новый работодатель мог проверить, с кем имеет дело и стоит ли ему доверять. Инициатива неплохая, теперь все потенциальные коррупционеры предупреждены, возможно, это заставит их подумать несколько раз, прежде чем соглашать на конверты с деньгами.
