Среди субъектов и лиц, подпадающих под санкции, - TV-Novosti (юридическое лицо RT), общественная организация "Евразия", ее директор Нелли Парутенко, журналист Дмитрий Киселев и агентство "Россия сегодня".
Санкции были введены для защиты национальной безопасности Республики Молдова и борьбы с коррупцией, учитывая попытки поставить под угрозу свободные и справедливые выборы в стране.

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
