Место, на котором будет расположена прорубь, будет освещено, оборудовано конструкцией для погружения, а также теплыми кабинками для переодевания. Для безопасности граждан на месте будут дежурить сотрудники МЧС и МАСС, сообщает пресс-служба мэрии Йошкар-Олы.
