Суть дела: ЦБ еще в том году выпустил памятные монеты с «Ежиком в тумане». Ярбусова в ответку на это решила подать в суд, так как считает, что Банк России использовал ее труды без указания авторского права и разрешения. Еще в прошлом году в ЦБ сообщали, что при выпуски монет заключили договор с правообладателем — «Союзмультфильмом». Сейчас Ярбусова требует изъять монеты из обращения и выплатить ей компенсацию в размере 5 миллионов рублей.

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
