В Мелитопольской областной и Бердянской городской больницах он вместе с коллегами сначала показывал операции, затем обучал врачей выполнять их самостоятельно.
К концу командировки местные специалисты уже уверенно проводили вмешательства под наблюдением гостей из Татарстана. Как отметил Валеев, ключевая цель — передать знания и навыки для самостоятельной работы — была достигнута.
