В начале процесса было принято решение о переносе заседания на 4 сентября 15:00 в силу отсутствия адвоката Козловского Савельевой по причине болезни. Выражаем огромную благодарность всем тем, кто, несмотря на раннее утро рабочего дня пришёл поддержать волонтёров и выразить свою гражданскую позицию, защитить Мемориал. Отдельную благодарность и поклон мы выражаем родственникам погибших, которые нашли в себе силы прийти и присутствовать! Спасибо всем! Дальше - больше! Надеемся, что 4 числа нас будет не меньше! Правда за нами, а значит и Победа в данном деле будет за нами!

But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
