На большей части нашей страны март будет не так уж по-весеннему ласков и приветлив. На пару градусов теплее обычного будет разве что на северо-западе. На юге европейской территории, а также в Восточной Сибири и на Дальнем Востоке март ожидается немного холоднее нормы.

Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. For the week, the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2%, 2.9%, and 3.5%, respectively. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
