Сегодня сотрудники Главного управления МЧС России по Томской области на территории завода «Томское пиво» провели пожарно-тактические учения, в которых приняли участие 42 человека личного состава и 12 единиц техники.
💬Легенда учений звучала так: «Произошло возгорание в цехе, в зале розлива. Внутри находятся три человека».
Дежурные караулы пожарных частей города Томска, а также сотрудники службы пожаротушения поставленные задачи выполнили. Общая площадь условного пожара составила 50 квадратных метров.
📞Завершилась тренировка подведением итогов с анализом действий спасателей.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
