В хрустальных нитях гололедицы
Садов мерцающий наряд.
Семь ярких звёзд Большой Медведицы
На чёрном бархате горят.

Тиха, безлунна ночь морозная,
Но так торжественно ясна,
Как будто эта бездна звёздная
Лучами звёзд напоена.

На крышах снег, как фосфор, светится,
А на деревьях хрустали
Зажгла полночная Медведица,
И свет струится от земли.

Лицо, как жар, горит от холода,
Просторно, радостно в груди,
Что всё вокруг светло и молодо.
Что столько счастья впереди!

В хрустальных нитях гололедицы
Средь оснеженных ив и верб,
Семь ярких звёзд Большой Медведицы –
На чёрном бархате, как герб.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
