Вступил в законную силу первый приговор по делу о массовых беспорядках в аэропорту Махачкалы.
Судебная коллегия по уголовным делам Краснодарского краевого суда рассмотрела материалы уголовного дела по апелляционным жалобам на приговор Армавирского городского суда, которым были определены наказания Анварбеку Атаеву, Исламу Ибрагимову, Магомеду Омарасхабову, Салику Рамазанову и Рабадану Раджабову.
Суд апелляционной инстанции не нашел оснований для изменения приговора, признав его законным и справедливым. Приговор вступил в законную силу.

It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
