Сегодня в селах, поселках и деревнях Иркутской области работают свыше 1 300 муниципальных учреждений культуры: музеи, библиотеки, дома культуры и творчества, культурно-досуговые центры. В них трудятся около 4 тыс. человек, и все они – не только профессионалы, но и настоящие энтузиасты, выбравшие свою профессию по зову сердца. Благодарен каждому из них.

Сельские учреждения культуры играют важнейшую роль в жизни своих населенных пунктов, в сохранении и преумножении традиций. Мы, со своей стороны, активно поддерживаем эту работу.

Одной из мер поддержки является конкурс «Лучшие сельские учреждения культуры и их работники», который региональное министерство культуры проводит с 2012 года. В этом году конкурс впервые прошел в рамках федерального проекта «Развитие искусства и творчества».... подробнее на канале: #кобзевнасвязи

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site.
