В квартале будут построены жилые дома, в том числе для участников реновации, школа, детсад, общественно-деловой объект с ФОКом и офисное здание. Запланированы реконструкция дорог, строительство новых улиц, пешеходных переходов и парковок.
В новом квартале будут с комфортом жить 6,5 тыс. человек, появится 2 тыс. рабочих мест.
