Постановлением Таганского районного суда города Москвы Обухов Алексей Владимирович* признан виновным в совершении административного правонарушения, предусмотренного ч. 5 ст. 19.34 КоАП РФ.
Суд назначил административное наказание в виде административного штрафа в размере 30 тыс. рублей.
