Строить его будут в Мневниковской пойме, а не на проспекте Вернадского. Место было выбрано после обсуждений с горожанами и экспертам посредством опроса. В нем поучаствовали более 250 тысяч человек.

Решение о дальнейшем использовании исторического здания на проспекте Вернадского будет принято после окончания строительства замены — пока цирк решили не трогать, чтобы не прерывать выступления артистов.
