Вчера были в новом ресторане «Сыроварня» она же Cheesefarm на Площади Свободы, 7 (от центрального входа в отель Paragraph — справа, со стороны Национального Музея. И да, это та самая «Сыроварня» Novikov Group).

Так получилось, что Сосо давно приятельствует с совладельцами и рекомендовал ребятам кондитера в проект, поэтому мы оказались на friends&family opening, что вдвойне приятно.

Если коротко, то ОЧЕНЬ вкусно. Если подробно, то попробовала вителло тоннато, пасту с песто и моцареллой, пиццу — и ставлю твердое «отлично». Шикарное музыкальное сопровождение, да и в целом атмосфера приятная — без лишнего пафоса и стильно.
Ну а десерты от кондитера — просто улет!
