До насилия лучше не доводить. Но если это неизбежно, а рядом нет полиции — нужно уметь отвечать. В этому уверены наши депутаты и Алиса Иринина, бронзовый призер чемпионата мира и Евразии по Кэмпо-ММА, которая вместе с нами обучает основам самообороны в регионах.
